Within this group counseling session we will discuss and process challenging triggering emotions that surface during the holiday season and provide you with a safety plan to holiday-proof your mental and emotional high vibrations. We won't give traumas and any unprocessed grief the power over our well-being. Registration is required. Zoom link will be provided for registrants only. This group support interactive session with Yo Soy Ella will take place once a month where you will be able to ask questions and get specific feedback about your real life experiences (you will have the opportunity to remain anonymous). We will also coordinate a brief Q & A breakout if time permits.
